DESIGN DEVELOPMENT :

After approvals and acceptance of Design concepts from our client, we develop

• Integration of Allied engineering
• Finalization of selected materials
• Budget allocations
• Design detailing analysis
• Standard set of drawings which can be easily read by the Engineers on site
• Drawings with all the required details in standard formats
• Preparation of drawings to international standards
• Set of drawings from our Office will carry minimum of 50drawings for a standard residential plan
• We provide full set of drawings before any work starts on site
• Our drawings come with,
  1. Set of drawings
  2. BOQ-Bill of quantities
  3. Specification of materials
  4. Cost of materials and availability
  5. Labor charges
  6. Information on applicable taxes
• Advantage of having full set of drawings to client is,
  Client will have total control on his requirements of Man power and shall have good information of quantity of materials required, time required for completion particular job.
